The Kapil Sharma Show makers have decided to drop one of its regular actors, Chandan Prabhakar from the show. Chandan was famous as the loved character "Chandu Chaiwala". Kapil Sharma is a good friend of Chandan and seems to be missing him very much during the shoot. He made a tweet related to it when Chandan wished the show good luck for its upcoming season after the lockdown.

Chandan and Kapil share a strong bond and have been friends for years together. Kapil produced the first season of The Kapil Sharma Show. However, the second is now being produced by Salman Khan. So Kapil cannot say anything now if the maker wants to drop Chandan Prabhakar.

Why Is Chandan Not On The Kapil Sharma Show?

The show has a special format in which various actors play their typical characters. Apart from playing the host, Kapil also plays other characters like Arora Sahab and more. Similarly, Bharti Singh is sometimes Titli bhabi and sometimes Bua. In the same way, Krushna Abhishek’s Sapna and Kiku Sharda’s Bachcha Yadav and Achcha Yadav from London are very popular.

Chandan Prabhakar’s Chandu chaiwala and other acts did not receive a good response. According to the actor that is why the makers did not call him for the shooting. However, fans want Chandan to return and entertain them.

Undeniably, The Kapil Sharma Show and Comedy Nights With Kapil were the only shows that gave Chadan Prabhakar recognition as a standup comedian. And it seems he too is missing being a part of the show. All through the lockdown, the comedian kept on sharing videos and glimpses of The kapil sharma show which until a few months ago he was a regular part.
