The Kapil Sharma Show: Kapil, Sunil Grover Reunion In 2020

'Comedy Nights With Kapil' brought many good standup comedians to the fore and made them household names. Kapil Sharma was already a well-known name in the television world having won 'Comedy Circus' three times back to back. And one name that attracted almost equal fame as Kapil Sharma was Sunil Grover through his character Gutthi on the 'Comedy Nights With Kapil.' But his stint as Doctor Masoor Gulati for 'The Kapil Sharma Show' established him as the leading standup comedian and also ensured that the show of Kapil Sharma gets international name and fame.

Kapil Sharma & Sunil Grover Fight

Things turned sour when during a flight Kapil and Sunil fought with the former hurling some insulting words at the latter. This led to a bitter breakup between these two leading stars of “The Kapil Sharma Show” which also gave a big jolt to the show. Kapil Sharma was criticized for his behaviour and even lost a lot of goodwill and came down from the popularity chart. Sunil vowed not to work again with Kapil which disappointed the fans in a big way.

Ever since then, both Kapil and Sunil are working their way but have not shared the stage for any show. The second season of “The Kapil Sharma Show” is already doing well with the addition of Krushna Abhishek as Sapna taking the place of Sunil Grover’s Gutthi. Despite the presence of some new additions like Bharati Singh, fans still miss the rapport and banter between Kapil and Sunil on the show. But both the stars have maintained a distance and do not seem to be on speaking terms either.

Sunil & Kapil Reunion For A Marriage Ceremony

That is why when the video showing Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover sharing the same space with Mika Singh during a marriage ceremony surfaced fans could not stop rejoicing. The three stars had come to bless the daughter of their friend Kapil Kumria at her wedding. In the video, Mika Singh is singing the age-old popular song “E Meri Joharajabi” from the movie “Waqt.”

After a few lines, Mika is joined by Kapil Sharma who is also a good singer and is planning to start a career in singing soon. Kapil Sharma starts singing the next line dancing with a lady. Slowly while dancing he comes close to Sunil Grover and stands beside him. Kapil seems to be in good mood dancing away to the song. Looking at him Sunil comments, “Samazh nahi aa raha, Byaha Kinda Ho Raha hai, Kapil Paaji Ka Ya Varun Ka.”

Both the actors seemed quite friendly and happy standing close and there was not even a trace of discomfort among them.
