Sonakshi Sinha breaks silence on pregnancy rumours with witty Instagram post

After weeks of speculation, Sonakshi Sinha has finally addressed the constant buzz around her “pregnancy” and she did it with trademark humour. The gossip mill went into overdrive after a video from designer Vikram Phadnis’s 35th-anniversary gala showed her husband, Zaheer Iqbal, playfully placing his hand on her belly while posing for cameras.

 Sonakshi quickly laughed it off, moving his hand away and calling out his name but the internet had already decided the couple was expecting their first child.

Despite Zaheer’s on-the-spot clarification, saying “Mazaak kar rahe hain” (We’re just joking), social media continued to buzz with pregnancy theories until Sonakshi decided to end it her way.

Her post included adorable candid pictures of her and Zaheer laughing together, with a caption that read, “Scroll to last slide for our reaction… and then continue to dazzle this Diwali 😜.” Fans flooded the comments section, calling her response “iconic,” “queen energy,” and “the best way to shut down trolls.”
