Shruti Hassan has time and again surprised the audience with her acting and singing skills. During recent years, she has juggled between being a singer and an actor as she has sung a number of English Indie songs while acting in the movies. However, it seems like she is going to focus on her singing career now and let movies take the backseat.

The multilingual actor shared that she will be making more music this year as she doesn’t get enough time amidst making movies. This left her fans concerned as it hinted at her potential exit from the movies. Amidst much speculations, what came like a breath of relief for her fans was when the actress assured that she will try to balance both.

"You will definitely see more music this year from me and I'm so excited to share it with everyone. For years I had to place music to the side but I'm finally learning the balance, and I'm thrilled to be able to do both,” said Shruti.

Shruti Hassan is currently basking in the success of Krack which dropped this New Year. Expressing her gratitude, she said "I'm thankful to the audiences for going to the theatres and making Krack a hit, after the rough year we've had it's a true blessing to begin 2021 with such a massive hit," she adds.
