Sushant Singh Rajput’s father K. K. Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in Patna, Bihar for abetment of suicide on 26 July. Sushant was found dead more than a month ago on 14 June in his Mumbai apartment. Interestingly, the police officials from Bihar have requested their Mumbai colleagues to provide female constables.
Reportedly, these officials from Bihar have been camping in Mumbai for some time. They have been carrying their secret investigation. However, it is for the first time after Sushant’s father filed FIR against Rhea that they have come in the open.
These new developments have led to many speculating that the Bihar police have now gathered all the evidence against Rhea. The insider sources also are saying that they have demanded female constables to arrest Rhea when all the papers are ready.
Sushant’s Father Believes Rhea Chakraborty Cheated His Son
Over more than a month since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, there have been speculations about what led to his demise. During her 11-hour interrogation, Rhea Chakraborty revealed that she was in a relationship with Sushant. They were planning to marry by the end of this year. The Mumbai police noticed that Rhea used the credit and debit card of the Kedarnath actor. The Bihar police have also backed these claims.
Moreover, Rhea and are brother Showik Chakraborty are directors in the three companies of Sushant. Interestingly, all the investment has been made only by Sushant Singh Rajput. The Road Is Clear For CBI Inquiry
Almost a week ago Rhea Chakraborty shared a heartfelt request to Amit Shah demanding CBI inquiry for her boyfriend Sushant. She even penned an emotional note when the actor's last movie Dil Bechara released on Disney plus Hotstar.

Her brother Showik Chakraborty also wrote an emotional note on the actor. Now after all the revelations and allegations against Rhea, fans believe that these two were following a certain strategy to gain sympathy.

But now with the FIR coming from Sushant's father things have changed drastically. According to legal experts as a rule, since the actor died in Mumbai, Bihar police will have to handover the FIR case to their Bandra colleagues. Incidentally, the family of Sushant trusted the Mumbai police in this case.
That is why they kept silent for almost one and a half months. Now it seems they have lost trust and hence approached the Bihar police. Thus, considering the hype around this case, as well as all the above factors, the SSR case will be most probably handed over to the CBI for inquiry.
