Rare Deol sibling appearance: Esha and Ahana join Sunny at Border 2 special screening; WATCH

Sunny Deol’s latest release 'Border 2' hit theatres on January 23 and has been performing strongly at the box office. Directed by Anurag Singh, the film features Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty alongside Sunny. 

Two days after its theatrical release, the makers hosted a special screening of the film in Mumbai, which turned into a talking point for an emotional reason.

Esha and Ahana Deol Step Out in Support

Adding warmth to the evening, Sunny Deol’s sisters Esha Deol and Ahana Deol were spotted arriving together to support their brother. The rare sibling moment quickly went viral on social media, as the Deol family is known to keep their personal life largely private.

Sunny Deol is the son of late Dharmendra and his first wife Prakash Kaur, while Esha and Ahana are Dharmendra’s daughters with Hema Malini.

A video shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani showed the trio posing together for the cameras. Esha was dressed casually in a black-and-white checkered shirt paired with jeans, while Sunny opted for an off-white shirt, matching pants, and a black baseball cap. Ahana looked effortless in a sky-blue shirt and jeans. Sunny was also seen attentively guiding his sisters as they entered the venue.

Not the First Public Appearance Together

This was not the first time the siblings were seen together in public. In August 2023, Esha Deol had hosted a special screening of Sunny Deol’s blockbuster Gadar 2. During that event, Dharmendra’s four children—Sunny, Bobby, Esha, and Ahana—made a joint appearance, with pictures from the night breaking the internet.

Hema Malini Addresses Rift Rumours

Recently, Hema Malini dismissed rumours of a rift between her family and Dharmendra’s first wife, Prakash Kaur, and their children. Speculation arose after Hema and her daughters were absent from a prayer meet organised following Dharmendra’s death.

Clarifying the situation, Hema said the arrangements were personal and based on different social circles and professional commitments, firmly denying any family discord.
