Preity Zinta sells Bandra apartment for Rs 18.5cr, second deal in four months

Dimple queen Preity Zinta has reportedly sold her luxury apartment in Bandra, one of Mumbai’s most upscale residential neighbourhoods, for a whopping Rs 18.5 crore, marking her second property sale in the area within the last four months.

According to property registration records, the apartment is located on the 11th floor of the building Rustomjee Parishram in the prestigious Pali Hill locality of Bandra.

Sold For Whopping Rs 18.5 Crore

The spacious apartment measures 1,770 square feet, making it a premium residential unit in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after addresses. The sale comes after redevelopment work in the building, which has increased the property’s value and demand in the high-end real estate market.

This is not the first time the actor has sold a property in the same building recently. In November 2025, Preity Zinta sold another apartment on the same floor of Rustomjee Parishram. That property measured 1,474 square feet and was sold for Rs 14.05 crore. Interestingly, records show that the actress had purchased that apartment relatively recently, in October 2023, for Rs 17.01 crore.

The back-to-back property transactions highlight the rising demand for premium real estate in Mumbai’s elite neighbourhoods, particularly in areas such as Pali Hill, which is known for housing several film celebrities, business leaders, and high-profile personalities.
