Mission Mangal is based on the life of the ISRO scientists who were a part of the first interplanetary expedition of India-the Mars Orbiter Mission. It had a stellar star cast of Vidya Balan, Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu, Sharman Joshi, Kirti Kulhari, and Nithya Menon. The movie throws light on how this team of Indian scientists used home science techniques successfully which made India the first country to reach Mars in the first attempt on a very low budget.

This Vikrant Massey and Shweta Tripathi movie is about a scientist named Prahastha who is working on Post Death Transition services and a female astronaut who is helping Prahastha in recycling dead people for the next birth.

This is a Telugu science fiction and adventure movie starring Aditi Rao Hydari, and Varun Tej. The movie gives glimpses of how the astronauts work and live in space and what happens when one of the satellites from India Mihira loses connection with its base space station.

This science fiction thriller is inspired by Michael Bay’s big hit Armageddon. The Tamil movie shows how a DSD team comes up with a plan when they come to know that an asteroid will hit the earth in a week and can put the lives of hundreds of people in Chennai in danger.
