KGF Chapter 2 Update: Yash To Dub Dialogues For Hindi Version By Himself!

Raveena Completes 30 Years In Film Industry

Recently, Raveena Tandon completed her 30 years in film industry. During an interview with Hindustan Times on completion of her three decades in the industry, the actress revealed that she never wanted to be an actress and was in the industry by default.

"I was a little plump, reserved kid who bit her nails, was always conscious of people looking me. Even in the class, I was that, so I sat on the back bench. Fortunately for me, even in school I got lead roles in the plays we performed in the annual functions. It always worked for me strangely, I used to do it though I would be nervous," Raveena was quoted as saying.

Raveena said she is quite hopeful from KGF Chapter 2 and eagerly waiting for its release on July 16.

Apart from Yash who is portraying Rocky Bhai's character and Sanjay Dutt nailing the lead antagonist Adheera's character, Raveena will be portraying a major role in the movie as Ramika Sen with an influencing political personality. As everyone got a glance in the teaser and in reference to the prequel, Raveena as Ramika will be seen clashing with Rocky bhai.

But, did you know that Raveena had said 'NO' for portraying Ramika Sen in Chapter 1?

Yes, KGF Chapter 2 is Raveena's second Kannada movie after 21 years. Recently, during a chat with a leading tabloid, she revealed that the makers had plans to feature her in the first part of the KGF franchise. However, the actress didn't show interest in doing the first part.

"Then , my character in KGF Chapter 2 was not fully developed. If I had done the first part and it didn't turn out as well in the second part, it would have been a dicey proportion," Hindustan Times quoted the actress as saying.

Further revealing about her character in the first part, the actress said, "They agreed to use my body double, and left the decision to me. I saw the first part when it was complete, and I was like 'Oh my God! This is phenomenal,' It was edgy, new age cinema."

By now, everyone is well aware that Kannda movie KGF Chapter 2 starring Rocking Star Yash, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon and Tollywood actor Prakash Raj among others, is on its way to break several records of Indian film industry.
