Kangana Ranaut today shared a story of how her mother adopted a Dalit girl. The actress revealed that her mother raised the girl against the wishes of her in-laws. In a series of Twitter posts, the actress unveiled a story that shows how her family raised her in modern India. Not surprisingly, the main intention behind sharing this story seems to be mocking those questioning her stand on modern India.
Kangana writes, "Dear friends, I see a lot of people tag me in all the news of atrocities inflicted on Dalits and many over smart people who know India only through news mock my take on modern India, sharing the story of my own life n my sister Rajudi the bride in the picture, do read the thread."

She further says, "My mother was newly married she got deeply affected by the plight of a Dalit woman called Mansa in the village who had three daughters but no source of income, against her in-laws, wish she adopted the youngest baby girl named her Rajkumari, sent her to school later to college(cont)."

She continues, "Raju di grew up with us and at the age of 21 mom married her to Bhumi Jiju, they live in Chandigarh, this week her son Bhanu got married, when I received the lovely pictures of the couple my mother said in passing the girl is a Brahmin, this will never be shown in any news."

Talking about the modern India that her mother gave her, Kangana writes, "The atrocities against Dalits you all tag me on I have never experienced but I believe you, but when I share modern India my mother gave me who are you to call me a liar? Kangana Ranaut Wonders How Her Followers Continue To Drop, Fans Have an Explanation
Kangana Ranaut in a series of tweets today wondered how her followers on Twitter are dropping every day. One of her fans told her earlier today, "Kangana ji your follower counts are being reduced. I had this doubt but now it's confirmed that twitter doing this. It was around 992K an hour back but now it is 988K."

Interestingly, that made Kangana go back once again on the track of speaking on nationalism. She replied, "Hmm I see Nationalists have to struggle everywhere, the racket is so strong, I noticed because last night we were to very close to a million, anyway, sincere apologies to all those who are getting unfollows automatically, so unfair but aren't we used to this now?"

The actress today also revealed her tattoo which includes two wings, a crown, and a sword. Describing the tattoo on her nape, the Tanu Weds Manu actress wrote, "More than a decade ago I got two wings on the nape of my neck but they didn’t make any sense, after few months I added a crown, still, it wasn’t enough, then I pierced it all with a sword suddenly my tattoo came alive, glory comes only after the pain. "
