Currently, Katrina Kaif is also training for her role as India’s first superwoman in Ali Abbas Zafar’s next. She has already started training to look the part. So only time will tell whether Kangana manages to set a trend as a legitimate action heroine or Katrina win the hearts.
But one thing is sure that Kangana Ranaut looks impressive in this video clip and is really taking her roles in Dhaakad and Tejas seriously. At present, the actress is in Manali and undergoing hardcore training on the terrace of her home.
Kangana Ranaut Did Virtual Reading for Dhaakad During Lockdown
When Kangana’s Manikarnika took time to get a good response at the box-office rumors went adrift that her Dhaakad movie has been shelved. However, that does not seem to be true. The Fashion actress completed a virtual script reading session for Dhaakad in July with producer Sohail Maklai, writer Ritesh Shah and director Razneesh Ghai.
The producers announced the movie with a power-packed teaser last year. The 45-second clip of the teaser showed Kangana in a fierce avatar firing machine gun relentlessly. The backdrop suggested a war-like situation.
According to earlier planning, the movie was scheduled to release this Diwali. However, the coronavirus pandemic delayed the shooting. The producers are yet to come up with a new release date for Dhaakad.
Apart from Dhaakad, Kangana Ranaut will be also seen in Ronnie Screwvala’s Tejas based on the life of IAF officers.
