Los Angeles: Actress Kaley Cuoco and former professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting have finalised their divorce.
They split after 21 months of marriage, according to court documents obtained by people.com.
The duo had signed a pre-nuptial agreement, and according to the documents, Sweeting, 28, will not receive spousal support from Cuoco, 30, though she will pay him $165,000 in two payments.
Cuoco will also pay for Sweeting's attorney fees, though not in excess of $55,000. In addition to that she will also pay $9,387 for an outstanding bill Sweeting owes for legal services rendered to him in connection with the prenup.
Cuoco will get their Tarzana, California home, as well as their Santa Barbara area beach house.
Cuoco and Sweeting wed on December 31, 2013, three months after getting engaged.
