Affairs, marriages, and breakups are quite common in Bollywood. But many times they are unexpected especially in the case where the marriage involves a long term relationship and kids. When Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan announced their separation which later on led to divorce, close friends and fans were shocked. Hrithik and Sussanne have been childhood friends who went on to tie the knot and thus Duggu was married very early at the start of his career.

Despite marrying his childhood sweetheart, Hrithik was rumoured to be in a relationship with many women and co-stars. According to rumours he became very close to Kareena Kapoor during the shooting of “Yaadein” and had a serious fling with her during “Mein Prem Ki Deewani Hoon.” Sources report that family intervention forced the “Krrish” actor to part ways with Bebo.

Next, he was involved with Barbara Mori, his “Kites” co-star which incidentally also starred Kangana Ranaut. The Mori affair did not last long but was passionate enough to force Sussanne to leave her home and stay at her parent’s house. And during this time started the controversial Hrithik and Kangana Ranaut affair that ended in a bitter and messy breakup. When Kangana dragged the dirt in public, Hrithik sent a legal notice denying any such association with the “Queen” actress.
It has been a couple of years since the rumours on affair broke out. But even now Kangana’s sister Rangoli Chandel continues to hurl accusations at the “War” superstar. Recently she posted an old picture of herself with Hrithik revealing how the actor tried to impress her to get close to Kangana. Now, all these affairs and rumours were quite well known and discussed by the media.

Shweta And Hrithik Affair That Went Unnoticed
The time when Hrithik had left Sussanne, and there was no Kangana in the scene, Shweta and Duggu started getting closer. According to reports, the superstar had hurt his foot and was recovering from the injury at home when the siblings used to visit him. Abhishek too was short of work at that time and Shweta somehow has been spending a lot of time in Mumbai at her parent’s house for the last few years.
Shweta and Hrithik are childhood friends since kids of Jeetendra, Rakesh Roshan, Amitabh, and Jaya Bachchan, Yash Johar, Yash Chopra all grew together as friends. That is why the friendship grew very fast into something special and a lot was expected from it. It seems that even Bachchans were aware of all this and were happy for their daughter as something was amiss in her personal life.
Rumours have been going around that Shweta’s marriage with Nikhil Nanda is now over which is why instead of Delhi she has permanently shifted her base to Mumbai. Although Nikhil and Shweta put up a united front when her mother-in-law, Ritu Nanda died recently, they are hardly seen together otherwise.

But their affair was nipped in the bud after Kangana came out with her “silly ex-boyfriend” comment during her interview and the Kangana-Hrithik controversy hit the headlines. Bachchan is one family that has always tried to stay away from controversies and scandals. That is why when the whole incidence between Hrithik and Kangana turned ugly; Shweta decided to step back, hold her feelings and broke up with Hrithik. Rumours say that Sussanne was not happy with Hrithik’s association with Shweta despite being divorced from him. But even then the two have managed to stay cordial whenever they meet even now.
Things could have become serious between Shweta and Hrithik but sadly due to his alleged linkup with Kangana, the affair ended abruptly which left a lot of close friends from their circle unhappy and disheartened.
