As Tamannaah Bhatia celebrates her 36th birthday today, her youthful energy and sculpted physique continue to spark curiosity. The actor’s recent transformation is not rooted in fad diets but in conscious, sustainable eating. Speaking to Curly Tales in an interview dated September 14, Tamannaah revealed how a simple change at the breakfast table made a lasting difference.

The Power of Poha in Her Weight-Loss Journey
For Tamannaah, poha has been more than just comfort food- it became a steady companion in her wellness routine. Light on the stomach yet filling, flattened rice helped her manage hunger, stay active through long days, and maintain consistent energy levels.
Sharing her preference, she said, “The regular good poha with potatoes. Plain poha, which doesn’t have too much going on.”
As her fitness goals evolved, so did her plate.
“Later, I started incorporating a lot of sprouts with poha because I wanted to lose weight. When you balance poha with sprouts, it becomes really effective for weight loss,” she added.
This sprout-enhanced version adds protein, fibre, vitamins, and antioxidants- supporting digestion, heart health, immunity, and long-term weight management.

Tamannaah Bhatia has often highlighted how deeply food choices affect her skin. In an earlier interview with Lallantop on August 3, she spoke about discovering her intolerance to gluten and dairy.
