Growing Up Under the Spotlight

When the Pandemic Changed Routines
The actor revealed that the COVID-19 lockdown significantly disrupted her lifestyle. Like many others, she struggled to maintain discipline during a period of uncertainty. With limited physical activity and her love for food, weight management became challenging despite conscious efforts to stay healthy.
Facing the Lens and Inner Doubts
Tamannaah also opened up about the emotional toll of constantly being judged on appearance.
She shared, "While doing all those healthy things, I still had to face the camera, and I began to feel that I don't want to be conscious of feeling a certain size, and I'm constantly trying to correct it. I'm feeling like, 'Oh, is my tummy outside?' Because at some point, my tummy was coming out, and I was thinking, 'What is happening to my body?'"
