From Breaking Lockdown To Shooting & Staying With Each Other: Here's What Ranbir Kapoor & Alia Bhatt Are Doing Currently

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been constantly making the headlines in the last couple of months and mostly because of their relationship. Earlier when Ranbir was absent on the birthday of Alia there was a hue and cry about their breakup. But later on, news about Ranbir baking a cake for his girlfriend became viral putting a pause to such rumours. Now the talk is more about their wedding that is speculated to take place in December this year. As usual, the couple is yet to confirm the news.

Ranbir And Alia Are Living Together

When amid lockdown, Ranbir and Alia were sighted strolling around an apartment, it became quite clear that they were living together. More importantly, when they shot each other for Prasoon Pandey’s short film Family it became evident that the couple is keen to take their relationship further and do not want to hide the fact that they are indeed living together.

The short film which included big stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Rajnikant, Mammootty, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Diljit Dosanjh, and more was shot by all these celebrities in their homes. Prasoon revealed, “The back story is incredible. Amit Ji's portions were shot by Abhishek. Nick Jonas shot Priyanka's segment, Rajinikanth ji's was shot by his daughter Soundarya. Ranbir and Alia went behind the camera for each other.”

So, both Ranbir and Alia are using this secluded time to get close to each other and maybe to discuss their future. Thus when the lockdown opens, fans may get a surprise wedding date declaration from the couple. Now that Ranbir is with her, Alia is still missing someone very close to her. And that happens to be her parents.

Alia Visits Her Parents House Amid Lockdown

Alia Bhatt recently visited her parents Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan a few days ago. A revelation regarding the same was made by Alia’s father. Incidentally, the actress lives very close to her parents’ house and paid a visit amid lockdown.

The “Sadak” director said, “We met a few days ago—she lives a few buildings away and it’s a protected space. So, she just walked across with a mask and gloves on and sat at a distance so she wouldn’t endanger her parents. It warms the heart to see her fulfill the social role of a responsible young child and to see your children teach you what you taught them in their childhood.”

So in a sense, Alia did break the lockdown but then she did take all the precautions and set a good example before her fans.
