The `I`ll Be There for You` hitmaker, who is a longtime supporter of homeless charities, was on hand to boost the spirits of displaced youths on Tuesday at the opening of  the USD 3 million facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania via his Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, reported Contactmusic.
