Los Angeles: Model Blac Chyna is continuing her effort to help her beau and reality TV star Rob Kardashian lose his weight.
The 27-year-old took to Instagram to upload a video featuring Rob playing basketball, reports aceshowiz.com.
Rob was seen shooting the ball though the hoop in the video.
"Ow, again," Blac shouted in the video, which she captioned, "Go Rob".
Some of Blac's followers praised her, writing things like, "Awe, you go baby girl... Encourage that man".
Besides encouraging Rob to do heavy workout, Blac reportedly cooks healthy meals for him. She also asked Rob to cut out on red meat and carbs and work out at the gym with a trainer five times a week.
