1. Wash your hands frequently
2. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
3. Avoid going to crowded places
4. Cover your mouth with a tissue or bend of the elbow while coughing/sneezing
5. Stay home if you have a slight cough or fever
6. Seek medical help in case of fever, and cough. Visit the doctor but if possible call first.
7. Keep an eye on the updates rolled out by WHO (World Health Organization)
These are the instructions given by all the health experts and if followed properly can help India stop the spread of Coronavirus.
Shilpa Shetty’s Quinoa Khichdi
Shilpa Shetty is a fitness freak. Her videos related to Sunday cheat meals and yoga sessions are a big favourite among fans. That is why it was not at all surprising when the “Sooper se upar” reality judge came out with a new recipe for immunity building to fight out the threat of infections and diseases caused due to changing weather.
