Recently during an interview, the Punjabi actor and singer revealed how she felt while sharing a stage with the Dabangg actor. Sara said, "Matlab main jab choti si thi tab se I am seeing him. I am from a family-like mere papa teacher mama housewife, bhai behen sab studious wale bacche. Padhai likhai totally waise. Aur TV bhi dekh rahe hai toh eh TV wale apna kam kar rahe hai tum apna kam karo. Like aisewala pariwar."
On Salman Khan, the Bigg Boss 14 contestant said, "I've seen him in movies-the superstar Salman Khan. For me honestly, sharing the stage or being next to him is like not less than winning Bigg Boss trophy. Matlab jitna proud mere parents would be feeling uss time pe ya jo log mere dost hai ya phir. Arre bahot crazy wale fans hai Salman Khan ke."
Sara Gurpal first became famous after fans noticed her in a Punjabi superhit song of 2014-Jean. She went on to do many such projects afterward including Tu Chahida, Paranda, Desi Katta, Slow Motion, Jutti, and Nachne Nu Jee Karda.
She gained prominence in the Punjabi entertainment industry after her film Manje Bistre released in 2017.
Apart from Sara, Shehzaad Deol is yet another contestant in Bigg Boss 14 who hails from the Punjabi entertainment industry.
