Mumbai: The first look poster of Prabhas' forthcoming film "Radhe Shyam" has gone viral on social media within 24 hours of its launch.
Fans of the Telugu superstar are showering the new poster with much love, and it has garnered over 6.3 million tweets within a day.
On Friday, Prabhas shared the first look poster of "Radhe Shyam" on Instagram and dedicated it to his fans. "This is for you, my fans! Hope you like it. #Prabhas20FirstLook #RadheShyam," wrote the actor.
"Radhe Shyam" stars Pooja Hegde in the female lead. The poster of the film shows Prabhas and Pooja embracing each other.
The film, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar also features Bhagyashree, Murli Sharma, Sachin Khedekar, Priyadarshi, Sasha Chettri, Kunaal Roy Kapur and Sathyan in key roles.
"Radhe Shyam" is slated for a 2021 release, in four languages -- Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam.
The period love story is being financed by Gopikrishna Movies and UV Creations banner whereas its Hindi version will be supported by T-Series. Prabhas who has played the role of a warrior in Baahubali and a criminal with underworld connections in Saaho will be playing the character of a fortune teller in Prabhas20.
The team of Prabhas20 including the Telugu superstar and Pooja Hegde was shooting for the flick in Georgia when they had to halt it due to the outbreak of COVID-19. But now the makers are planning to start shooting after the lockdown norms ease down by following social distancing norms and taking precautions as has been advised by the government.
