The shooting of Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon's Bachchan Pandey will kick off from January next year. Noted trade analyst and movie critic Taran Adarsh made the announcement earlier today. It will be the second time Akshay and Kriti will share the screen space. Earlier the two worked together in Housefull 4 released last year. It was a huge blockbuster movie. Incidentally, Bachchan Pandey will be the 10th collaboration between Sajid Nadiadwala and Akki-the two Bollywood buddies.
Kriti To Play Journalist In Bachchan Pandey, Akki Will Portray Gangster
According to reports, Kriti Sanon will be playing the role of a journalist in Bachchan Pandey. The Dhadkan superstar will portray a gangster as is evident from his first look from the movie. According to Mumbai Mirror, “Akshay, along with leading lady Kriti Sanon, director Farhad Samji and the rest of the unit will fly to Jaisalmer for a marathon schedule of 60 days during which they will be filming in real locations. Last month, the production team secured all the requisite permissions and locked the shooting spots."
The source also revealed that the movie will have elaborate action scenes. Actors and crew from across the country will join the team sometime during this 60-days span to complete action sequences.

During their stay in Jaisalmer, Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, and the entire team of Bachchan Pandey will be staying at a palace hotel. The director of the movie is planning to shoot some sequences indoors.
The production house of Sajid Nadiadwala has formed a special team of doctors. They will ensure that all the necessary precautions are taken to keep COVID-19 at bay during the shooting of Bachchan Pandey.
