However, Vyjayanthi Movies, the production house behind Sita Ramam, has previously clarified that there are no plans for a sequel to the film.

Mrunal has also confirmed that she is currently working on a new Telugu project, which took her to Hyderabad recently. While some reports hint that the film could be a sci-fi thriller, no official details have been shared so far.
