A former employee of IT major Wipro, Shweta Bharti scripted her own success story by clearing the prestigious Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination with an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 356.

Originally hailing from Rajgir, Shweta faced the dual challenge of managing a demanding corporate job while preparing for one of the most competitive exams in the country. Despite working nearly nine hours a day at Wipro, she remained steadfast in her goal. Every spare moment outside office hours was devoted to focused self-study, revision, and answer practice. Notably, she achieved this milestone without enrolling in expensive coaching institutes, relying instead on self-discipline, standard books, and a well-planned study routine.

Her perseverance bore fruit when she was selected for the Indian Administrative Service cadre, and she currently serves as an Assistant Collector in Bhagalpur.
