Youth kills father, nabbed while attempting to bury him inside house

Bargarh: A youth allegedly axed his father to death inside their house at Tarava village under Padmapur sub-division in the district today.

The matter came to light after suddenly a few villagers barged inside his house suspecting something fishy.

According to sources, accused Kampal Sahu killed his father Parsuram Sahu and was trying to bury the body inside the house when the villagers stopped him and informed the police.

Police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for post mortem. Police also arrested his son Kampal while further investigation is underway.

Though the exact reason behind the murder is yet to be ascertained, it is being suspected that family feud might have triggered the gruesome act.
