Severed head of child found in Cuttack

Cuttack: Panic spread after a child's severed head was recovered from a garbage dump near Sishu Bhawan in Cuttack today.

The matter came to light after a few locals spotted the head of the child near the Treasury office and alerted the police. Later, police rushed to the spot and sent the body part for post moterm.

It is still unclear from where the head of the child reached the spot while further investigation in this connection is on.
