Inter-state looters' gang busted; 4 held

Rourkela: The Rourkela Police today arrested four members of an inter-state gang of looters while they were scheming to execute loot plans.

Acting on a tip-off, the cops raided a house in plant site area in the town and arrested the four accused including notorious criminal Mohammed Jalil who were planning to execute dacoity at a house in Power House Road.

Police seized a pistol, three swords, a motorcycle and two mobile phones from their possession.

Sources said probe is on and interrogation of the four arrested persons was carried out to elicit information on involvement of others.
