Car smuggling ganja meets with accident in Odisha

Boudh: A car smuggling ganja met with an accident near Court chhak in the district on Thursday. The driver of the car sustained critical injuries in the mishap while the other two persons, who were smuggling the cannabis in the vehicle, managed to flee the spot.

As per reports, the car was en route to Kantamal from Baliguda when at around 10 am today, it overturned near the Court chhak.

On getting information, Kantamal police rushed to the spot and seized at least five bags of ganja from the vehicle and later admitted the injured driver to Kantamal hospital.

Further investigation into the incident is on.
