Seven looters nabbed by police in Bolangir

Bolangir: Taking cognizance of a spurt in criminal activities, Patnagarh Police today arrested seven miscreants involved in a series of loot incidents.

One pistol, five mobile phones, four motorcycles and other sharp weapons have been recovered from the possession of the criminal gang that had unleashed terror in the region.

Senior police officials informed that the criminals mostly used to target persons and employees associated with several self help groups and other finance companies.

The criminals were involved in a number of loot incidents in Patnagarh and other areas under Sadar police limits in the last four to five months.
