In a world often criticised for moving too fast and caring too little, a simple act of timely help has restored faith in humanity for many online. A Mumbai-based woman has gone viral after praising online delivery platform's ‘free of cost’ ambulance service for helping her aunt reach the hospital during a medical emergency at 4 am.
The woman, identified as Prachi, shared her experience through an Instagram video. She recalled waking up early in the morning to a panicked call from her parents in Delhi. Her aunt, who was staying with them, had suffered a seizure. With no cab available at that hour, the family found themselves helpless.
“It was one of the most difficult mornings I’ve had,” Prachi said in the video, explaining how the cab they initially booked kept getting delayed despite showing an arrival time of 15 minutes.

A Reminder That Made All the Difference
While struggling to find a solution from another city, Prachi spoke to her husband, who reminded her about online ambulance service. Acting quickly, she booked the ambulance for her aunt in Delhi while sitting in Mumbai.
What surprised her the most was that the service was completely free.
“There was a discretionary note saying, ‘Please use this service only if you actually need it,’ and as soon as I booked it, it was free of cost,” she shared, adding that she would not have minded paying in such a situation.
A Small Act, A Big Impact
Prachi said the experience left a deep emotional impact on her. Though miles away, the presence of an ambulance at her family’s doorstep gave her a sense of relief and connection.
“I felt I could at least help my family a little during that time,” she said.
A Gentle Reminder of Kindness
The incident stands as a reminder that humanity still exists, sometimes showing up quietly through thoughtful services and timely actions. In moments of crisis, even a small gesture can make a life-changing difference.
