Civic heroism: Watch brave grandmother forced scooty rider off  pedestrian path

A viral video from Kozhikode, Kerala, has captured an elderly woman standing her ground against a scooty rider using the footpath as a shortcut. 

Refusing to step aside, her silent but firm protest forced the violator to reverse his vehicle back onto the main road.

The incident occurred on a congested street where the rider attempted to bypass traffic by mounting the sidewalk. 

This common violation often puts pedestrians, especially the elderly, at significant risk.

However, this grandmother acted as a human barrier for civic discipline, gesturing sternly for the rider to rejoin the traffic queue.
