A cyclonic storm developing in the Bay of Bengal is likely to intensify further by tomorrow morning and reach near the coasts of West Bengal and Bangladesh as a severe cyclone, IMD said on Friday.
The low-pressure area over the southwest Bay of Bengal moved northeastwards and now lays as a well-marked low pressure over the west-central and adjoining south Bay of Bengal.
