This is Aman Pandey, who was recently acknowledged by Google for his work in finding bugs in Android.
Aman has built a million dollar company in a very short span by finding bugs and reporting vulnerabilities for tech giants like Google, Apple, and Samsung.
Back in 2019, when Aman was studying in NIT Bhopal, he uncovered a bug in one of the Google applications. Google paid him 1000 dollars which Aman used to launch his own company “Bugsmirror”.
In 2021, Aman Pandey and his company Bugs mirror topped the list in the Google’s Vulnerability Rewards Program (VRP). He reportedly uncovered and submitted 232 vulnerabilities last year under Google bug bounty program.
Not only this, Google revealed that Aman has marked over 280 valid flaws in Google applications ever since he started reporting problems in 2019. In a blog post, Google appreciated Aman’s work in the field of finding vulnerabilities.
Google paid out a record $8.7 million to researchers in 2021 who reported bugs in its various services to the tech giant.
