It’s raining gold for India at the Asian Games. The competition for the top spot in men’s Javelin was between two Indians today. Olympic and world champion Neeraj Chopra and Odia athlete Kishore Jena competed for the gold with their best throws.Neeraj Chopra threw 88.88 metres which is said to be his season best. Odisha’s Kishore Jena was not far behind as in the fourth attempt he threw a massive 87.54 which is his personal best throw.Neeraj Chopra has won gold in Javelin, Kishore Jena won silver for India in javelin throw.What’s even more exciting is that Kishore Jena has qualified for Paris Olympics with his career-best throw of 87.54m.Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Neeraj Chopra and Odisha Javelin thrower Kishore Jena for their remarkable feat at the Asian Games.
