Fissures continue to surface in BJD; this time from Balasore

Fissures in the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) seem to be widening with the district president of Biju Chhatra Janata Dal (BCJD) Siman Das forming a 26-member committee without informing the members of the BCJD.
