As many as 30 families from different parts of Odisha gathered at Sri Gundicha Temple in Puri on Monday to hold a peaceful protest alleging deprivation of justice and apathetic attitude of the State government towards their plight.

An FIR was registered under sections 302, 401, 341, 294, 354, 365, Arms Act and Atrocities Act following a complaint by the wife of the deceased, Dhaneswar Behera.
