‘Panchu Pandav Caves’ In Odisha's Bhubaneswar
The story dates back to Dwapar Yug.
This is about the Panch Pandavas Of Mahabharat.
After being the victims of conspiracy by Kauravas, the Panch Pandavas - Yudhishthira, Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula, and Sahadeva – were wandering through forests and hills of the Utkal Pradesh (now Odisha) during their exile period. They had taken shelter in the forest areas, where they had carved rock-caves, one each for each of them.
Many of the caves have been preserved. Even today, they narrate the centuries-old stories which take people back to the historic era. One such cave stands tall in Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar. These unexplored caves in Badagada Brit Colony are not regular caves, they depict a very famous story of Mahabharat.
