Mahanadi River Water Sharing Dispute: Chhattisgarh Releases Kalma Water To 'Mislead' Tribunal

Mahanadi, the biggest river in Odisha, sports a parched look due to alleged blocking of its water at several barrages built by Chhattisgarh. A Central Tribunal is set to make a field visit to assess the allegations leveled by Odisha on severe water shortage in the river bed.
