These shocking images are from Muzaffarpur city in Bihar. A man climbed atop a high-voltage electric tower on Thursday (Dec 23). The man refused to climb down causing an 18-hour power-cut in the area. The man reportedly demanded sweets and mobile phone from atop the tower. But despite attempts to lure him down, the man refused to climb down. Reports stated that the concerned man is mentally unstable.
