With cold wave sweeping in Delhi, it is the homeless people on the streets that are suffering a lot. As Mercury plummets, the Rain Baseras (Night Shelters) in New Delhi are witnessing an increase in number of inmates. More number of homeless people are flocking the shelters for accommodation.
