Gujarat is witnessing heavy rain since the onset of the monsoon season and the rainfall has wreaked havoc in several parts of the state. Water level in Purna River is rising amid heavy rainfall over the past few days. Due to a flood in the Purna River almost 30 % of the Navsari city is covered in floodwaters.
