Black Box of IAF Helicopter That Crashed In Coonoor Recovered

Black Box – the flight recorder of the IAF Helicopter MI17V5 which crashed in Tamil Nadu Wednesday has been retrieved on Thursday after authorities expanded the search operation in area from 300 metres to one km of the accident spot.

The black box will reveal crucial details of the final minutes before the tragic accident. CDS Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and 11 other defence officials including an Odia Jawan perished in the chopper crash.
