Amid the ongoing speculations over a possible BJP-BJD coalition, Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah said that the saffron party is yet to take a final call on the alliance. Speaking to national media, Amit Shah said that the BJP hasn't decided yet on an alliance with BJD in Odisha. He added that the party national president will take a call on that. Shah further asserted that the party is going to increase its strength in Odisha, both in Assembly and Lok Sabha seats, citing that the love of people of Odisha for PM Modi is immense. The Home Minister said that the BJP will shatter all the mathematics of the political pundits by winning more Lok Sabha and Assembly seats in Odisha. On being asked if the BJP could form the government in Odisha, Amit Shah said, "Anything can happen but first let's see if BJP will fight alone or go along with the BJD...
