Western Odisha Bandh For ‘Separate Statehood’

A 12-hour bandh was observed in Western Odisha demanding formation of a separate Koshal state. People in several districts like Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Bargarh, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Deogarh, Sonepur, Boudh and Bolangir staged dharna and also hit the streets seeking separate statehood.
