WATCH: Pipeline Burst Rips Road Sending Water Several Feet High Into Air In Odisha

These images show the aftermath of a water pipeline explosion near Purighat Area in Cuttack. The explosion was such that water punched a hole through the road and erupted like a volcano. Locals said that just after the explosion, the water had risen to a terrifying height of around 30 feet. The pipeline burst flooded the streets causing distress among people residing in the area.
