This is an Anganwadi center that is running under a tree. And students are being taught by the cook. Such is the plight of students in Kaibarta Sahi of Gopinathpur panchayat under Badamba block of Cuttack. The villagers have also complained that the anganwandi centre is yet to get a building even after 12 years.
