Odisha govt on Thursday cut Rs 3 VAT on fuel prices in addition to Centre’s excise duty cut on petrol & diesel.
The state has received the investment proposal on sectors like infrastructure, hospitality, logistics, chemicals, food processing etc.
The announcement was earlier made by Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on June 21.
The injured fighter M Srikanth Sekhar, who hails from Odisha, had participated in a match on June 24 which was held at Siri Fort Auditorium in south Delhi's Hauz Khas.
As per India Meteorological Department (IMD), several parts of Odisha are likely to experience thunderstorm and heavy rainfall activities in coming days.
