Pratap Chandra Pujari became the first person of Chandahandi block in Nabarangpur to crack the Odisha Civil Service Examination.
Pratap, a resident of Kumbhariguda village wanted to serve the society by joining the Civil services from his childhood. He started his career as a multi-purpose health worker in 2006.
After a span of 7 years, he left this job and joined as Junior Clerk in August 2013. In the same year in November, he joined as Assistant Revenue Inspector. Although Pratap had a job, he did not lose his focus on the civil service exams.
With his sheer hard work, he was able to secure 151st rank in Odisha Civil Service Examination.
On the other hand, the locals of Chandahandi block were delighted to get their first OAS officer in the form of Pratap.
