The results of the 2019 Odisha Civil Service Exam were announced on Friday (Oct 8) by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) after a delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As per the official notification, 153 candidates were recommended by the OPSC, in which Aswini Kumar Panda has topped the list of successful candidates!
Aswini said that despite tons of obstacles on the way, he kept up his spirits and worked hard towards his goal with dedication and consistency. Now, after emerging victorious, Aswini shared what helped him achieve his goal and his advice to other civil service aspirants.
