Inspired By 'Charlie 777', Mangaluru Police Names Their Dog 'Charlie'

This 3-month-old Labrador Retriever is a cute little addition to the police team! Curious, or surprised? Rakshit Shetty-starrer ‘777 Charlie’ touched million hearts and has been able to strike the emotional chords so well. When Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai recently went to the theatre to watch the movie, he couldn't control his emotions. And inspired by the Kannada film, Mangaluru Police has now named this Labrador Retriever police dog as 'Charlie'. This dog will be trained for detection of explosives, revealed Manguluru city Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar.
